Medium thickness plate and High strength plate cross cutting line is designed to handle various materials, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-strength alloys, and is commonly used in industries such as shipbuilding, construction, and heavy machinery manufacturing.
The shipboard rolling mill features a symmetrical three-roll structure. Positioned at the center symmetrical point of the two rollers, the upper roller executes vertical movement through hydraulic drive, utilizing the force exerted by the oil in the cylinder. The two lower rollers rotate and transmit torque to the plate via the engagement of the reducer gear and the lower roller gear. To enhance the lower rollers' rigidity, multiple sets of adjustable support rollers are equipped on their underside. Additionally, a rigid beam is positioned above the upper roller, with multiple sets of support rollers arranged between the beam and the upper roller to enhance the upper roller's rigidity. This CNC plate rolling machine for ships is specifically designed for bending curved and excessively wide workpieces.

Individual Roll Drive: The two bottom rollers are driven by separate reducers, eliminating mechanical interference. This design prolongs the working rolls' lifespan and enhances the surface quality of the workpiece.
Flexing Compensation: An adjustable backup roll device is positioned between the upper beam and upper backup rollers or the bottom beam and bottom backup rollers. This device compensates for rolling deformation and is driven by a plunger-type cylinder. By setting a compensation load based on the deformation performance curve, it ensures high straightness when processing plates of different thicknesses and widths.
Adjustable Center Distance: The machine employs a mutable center distance technique between the two bottom rollers, allowing for a wider range and higher precision in plate rolling.
Horizontal Movement: The bottom roll seat and each group of backup roll seats are connected to horizontal-moving reducers of the same specification. These reducers synchronize their movement through a universal joint. The mechanical one-way movement ensures synchronous operation of the oil cylinders, while the other way provides excellent self-locking performance.
