Working Principles of the Plate Rolling Machine and Operation Precautions

Mechanical Working Principle:
This roller action causes the metal plate to be bent into a cylindrical shape.

The thickness and diameter of the workpiece can be adjusted by changing the distance between the upper and lower rollers using two adjusting screws on the bracket.

Electrical Working Principle:
The machine uses a forward and reverse control circuit.
The main circuit has short circuit protection and overheating protection.
The key components are a motor, a reducer, three 108-diameter rollers, two adjusting screws, and a bracket.

Operator Instructions:
Operators must carefully read the equipment manual.
They must strictly follow the outlined operating procedures.
Operating the machine with known issues or in an unprofessional manner is prohibited.
Inspection and Qualification:
Regularly check the plate rolling machine's operating condition.
Only qualified operators holding the necessary certificates are allowed to run the machine.

The machine can only be operated when it meets the required operating conditions.

Startup Procedure:
The overturned stand must be fully reset (indicated by the reset light on the control panel).
The balance cylinder must be raised to the highest point.
Once these conditions are met, the operator can proceed with upper roller lifting, lower roller forward/reverse rotation, and roller lifting operations.
