The rotational movement of the two lower steel plate rollers is driven by the final gear of the main reducer, providing torque for rolling the plate. The flat plastic metal plate is fed between the three work rolls (two lower rolls and one upper roll) of the bending machine. With the assistance of the lower pressure applied by the upper roll and the rotation of the lower roll, the metal plate undergoes multiple passes, continuously bending and undergoing permanent plastic deformation, ultimately forming the desired cylinder, cone, or their respective parts.

• Follow the specified parameters of the plate bending machine to roll the plate. The plate thickness should be 20mm, the maximum length should be 2500mm, and the yield limit of the plate material should be below 250Mpa.
• After turning on the power, carry out the forward and reverse movements of the lower roller and the lifting movement of the upper roller. Check for any abnormal sticking or malfunction in each movement.
